Welcome,
I'm Ayelet Melamed Cohen, a leadership coach with mission and passion to help people thrive as impactful leaders in their careers and lives 

What started as an exploration of my own boundaries and dreams has evolved into a journey that inspires and empowers leaders across the globe to redefine their potential.

As a tech executive and mentor to other women leaders, I’ve noticed recurring patterns in the challenges they face, often rooted in the same issues I’ve experienced personally. This led me to explore what drives growth, how to inspire transformation from within, achieve results, and stay true to our values.

Today, I apply these insights through the ELEVATE Model that have helped hundreds of people to transcend beyond their day2day and create the impact they value!
